San Juan Mountains Engagement

Kasia and Henry are from Indiana, but they're eloping in Colorado with their family because it's a special place to them and their families. They decided to visit Colorado for some engagement photos and to scout where they think they want so have their elopement next year, so we explored one of my favorite hidden gems in the San Juans. To get to this waterfall, you have to follow a make-shift trail and cross a creek to the other side, and when pass through the mossy green forest, there's a clear blue waterfall awaiting you. Kasia and Henry were troopers, crossing the creek from barefoot, bringing their pup along, and embracing all the mist coming off the waterfall getting them soaked. It was an adventure session in the purest sense of the word.
