Colorado Mountain Sunrise Engagement

Elizabeth and Michael have plans to marry in the mountains of Colorado next summer, but before that, they wanted to take some engagement photos in the mountains, too. We decided to meet for sunrise to avoid other onlookers and tourists in the area, and ended up getting to witness the most stunning sunrise. The whole drive up to the shooting location was cold and rainy, and we weren't sure if we'd have to cancel, but as we went higher and higher in elevation, we eventually rose above the clouds to a clear sunrise over the heavens. We spent the morning walking around the trails and taking in the beautiful mountain scenery.
