Lone Hawk Ranch & St. Vrain Micro Wedding

The summer of 2020 held a whole lot of difficulties for brides in Colorado, between Covid-19 lockdowns and raging wildfires, but Sophia and Jon still managed to have a beautiful, cottagecore, garden wedding at Lone Hawk Ranch and a fun little reception at The St. Vrain. The sky was smokey and orange, but Sophia and Jon couldn’t have been more joyful just to be able to be with one another. I met Sophia when she was a bridesmaid at a wedding I shot down in Durango, and I’m so glad I got to see her have her big day, too. This has genuinely been one of my favorite weddings to photograph, and I can’t wait to see more loving, intimate weddings like this take place in the future.
