Grand Teton Wedding on a Family Ranch

The pandemic of 2020 means more weddings in backyards and on family land. Luckily, for this particular wedding, the family had a gorgeous plot of land near the Tetons in Dubois, Wyoming that could easily be a real venue. Dan’s family owned the property, dressed up in their fanciest western wear, and graciously invited a bunch of city folk from Chicago to spend some quality time basking in the sun, twirling in the grass, and wading in the river. Casey and Dan weren’t so worried with getting those perfect instagram shots as they were focusing on the community around them, and after spending time with their family, I can see why. I’ve never felt so welcomed by people who don’t know me, and after having spent so much time in quarantine, this kind of communal interaction was very welcomed.
