Redstone Inn Micro Wedding
After a cancelled wedding in 2020, Bridgette and Sam finally got to say “I do” at the Redstone Inn in Redstone, Colorado. I love Redstone, because it’s a teeny tiny quaint little town deep in the mountains, and the scenery around this part of Colorado is so lush and beautiful, it’s somewhere I love to visit every summer, so I was stoked to get to photograph this wedding. Unlike most of the weddings I shoot, this one was actually organized by a planner, A Touch of Bliss, which always makes my job easier, and I must say, they did a hell of a job recommending vendors. The florals from Modern West Floral were absolutely STUNNING, the hair and makeup by Rollers and Rouge was great, and my favorite DJs The Get Down played the best music- and trust me, I usually HATE DJs, but they do the best job and never play anything boring or overdone. Sam and Bridgette’s families are so funny, I think all their speeches were the best I’ve ever heard at a wedding, honestly. All the guests were family and college friends, and they were not shy at all. It was one of the more wild weddings I’ve been to, and it was just a hoot. The Redstone Inn provided a lovely old backdrop for friends and family to gather after a warm summer day in the mountains.
